Need for apostolate

3. As you consider these things in the presence of God, I wish your hearts be filled with thanksgiving and, at the same time, with apostolic zeal, with desires to bring to all peoples the news of this charity of Christ. Do not forget that our great mission is to give doctrine.

Make this call known to everyone

Opus Dei’s great apostolate consists in this: to show the multitude awaiting us what is the path that leads straight to God. Therefore, my children, you must realize that you are called to the divine task of proclaiming the Lord’s mercies: misericordias Domini in aeternum cantabo (Ps 89:1); I will sing of the steadfast love of the Lord forever.
