Educational projects promoted by the Work

There will also be educational centres at all levels, from primary to university, run by the Work, that is to say, as corporate activities for which Opus Dei takes responsibility. But corporate activities of this kind will always be fewer in number than the educational establishments in which we will work, because our apostolate is above all a personal apostolate, and because our purpose is not to create educational institutions.

Usefulness of these corporate works

However, it is necessary for us to have these activities too, because they will be like points of support, radiating our spirit among young people; places of professional training in teaching skills for your brothers and sisters and for many other people who will wish for it and who, as a consequence of the supernatural influence of our spirit, will also be able to say with the Psalmist: Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation, for you I wait all the day long (Ps 25[24]:5).
