Choosing the means of formation

When someone first starts coming to a house or a Centre, it is very important that the people in charge of the activities, in agreement with the person who knows them and deals with them, decide what elements of formation they should be involved in and the right moment to begin them.

Classes of formation

In general it is not a good idea for everyone to attend the classes of formation. There can be cases where, for lack of time or other circumstances, it is better not to invite them. That is, you should have a plan for each person which you try to fulfil, helping the individual to fulfil it as well.
